Team News - Spirit Week & Uniforms

This week is spirit week, please encourage your athletes to show their spirit...

• Monday, intervals and wear crazy socks
• Tuesday, recovery day. Don't overdo it and hurt your Time Trial on Wednesday! To help you relax, wear your favorite beach attire.
• Wednesday, team time trail at Kincaid at 4:00 p.m. (subject to change). Let's wear Service High green and gold!
• Thursday, Scavenger Hunt while wearing a wacky or not-so-wacky hat. 
• Friday, tempo run while wearing neon.

Please note, practice on Wednesday is tentatively at Kincaid at 4:00 p.m. with an estimated pick up time at 6:00 p.m. Pickup times are dependent on the wave of the time trail your athlete is starting in. Please make sure you have subscribed to Remind for updates.
