Fast and Female

​I am excited to extend an invitation to this year's Fast & Female event, which will be held on September 9th from 3-5:30 PM at APU Atwood Center. Different than previous years, we are gearing this year's event towards high school female athletes- giving them an opportunity to connect with professional athletes and other girls in sports. The event will include a short run (all speeds welcome!) followed by an open discussion lead by the ambassadors, which will cover a range of topics specific to female athletes. We will end the session with a mobility/stretching session and pizza!
