In response to local recommendations for masking, Service Cross Country Running Team’s Booster Club has placed an order of high quality face coverings for our athletes, families, and our Service community. 
While we do not yet know the status of fall sports or the definitive plan for the school year, we anticipate that the use of masks is likely to be a critical component of our community’s response to COVID-19.
Proceeds will be used toward the team’s purchase of new warm ups. To meet the differing needs of both the athlete and potential spectators, we are offering two styles of mask. The masks are $15 each with any proceeds going towards purchasing team warmups.

1) The single ply mask is designed specifically with our athletes in mind. This is a single-ply, lightweight, breathable mask with ear loops that we are initially prioritizing for use by our athletes. Made in Minnesota, USA! This is NOT a medical-grade mask.

2) The three ply mask is intended for use by our community. Designed with input from healthcare professionals, this is a three layer mask with head/neck loops. Designed with input from healthcare professionals. This is NOT a medical-grade mask.

Our first practice is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, July 29th at 5:00 pm. We will meet up beside the Little Gym at Service High School. The Little Gym is the small building  located on the East side of Service by the hockey rink.  Please note that the date is subject to change so keep in touch via our Facebook page, ServiceHighSchool XC Running Booster Club and via the REMIND app.
