This Wednesday's practice will be at 9:30am at East High School on Northern Lights Blvd. Drop off your athlete at 9:20am in the southeastern (mtn side) parking lot. Pick up your athlete/s at the same location at 10:30am. We will teach them how to navigate with a compass and a map. The athletes will break up into teams of 2-4 and explore for 'controls' in the neighboring Russian Jack and APU trail systems.
